SZL Coal Biomass Fired Steam Boiler

SZL type assembled water tube steam boiler is a double-drum longitudinal chain grate steam boiler. The boiler body is composed of upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. The left and right sides of the combustion chamber are equipped with bare tube water wall tubes. The upper drum is equipped with the steam-water separator, lower drum is equipped with blowdown device. An economizer is arranged at the rear of the boiler.

The burning parts of the boiler adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding,slag removing. mechanical ventilation by using blower and induced draft fan.

Features

(1) Water-cooled combustion chamber expands radiant heating area to boost output and efficiency. Membrane water wall structure delivers good sealing and minimal heat loss.

(3) Bilateral air inlets and independent chambers allow flexible air control for complete combustion.

(2) Extended grate (500–1000mm) prolongs fuel combustion for higher efficiency. Heat-resistant up to 1200°C, the flake grate features long durability. Small gaps of chain grate greatly reduce coal leakage.

(4) Double drums, membrane water wall and large furnace enlarge radiant heating area by over 50%, ensuring ample heat output.

Characteristics

· Boiler is composed of two major parts: the upper main body and the chain grate. On site, only the assembly and refractory lining of the lower furnace are required, ensuring easy installation, low cost and short construction period.
· Larger and higher furnace ensure the fully combustion, many kinds of biomass can be used on this boiler, strong applicability.
· The boiler adopts double-side air inlet & independent air chamber structure, which can flexibly adjust the air volume and wind pressure of each air chamber to ensure the combustion performance.
· Advanced control system--remote monitoring, if there is any abnormality during the operation of the boiler, providing the first time guidance to reduce the failure rate andloss.
