DZL Coal-fired Steam Boiler

The boiler body adopt the overhead drum in overall structure,water wall tube and header in bilateral symmetry form.The drum is made of assembly welding of barrel and around tube plate.There is the keeping off the spark wall in the boiler furnace,the burning efficiency is higher.
 
This series boiler adopt the newest achievements in scientific research,such as:Arched tube plate, thread smoke tube etc,solve the tube plate crack of Shell type boiler,Water wall tube burst,low efficiency,insufficient of power,Poor of coal type adaptability etc.

This complete set of auxiliary equipment for the DZL coal-fired steam boiler includes an induced draft fan, forced draft fan, blower, dust collector, slag remover, and other necessary supporting parts. It works with the boiler to ensure stable combustion, flue gas treatment, and continuous operation, meeting environmental emission standards while improving overall operating efficiency.

The water supply system consists of a water treatment device, feed water pump, pipeline, and valves. It provides qualified treated water to the boiler drum stably and continuously, preventing scaling and corrosion inside the boiler, and ensuring long-term, safe operation of the steam boiler.

The control cabinet adopts an integrated design with automatic monitoring and adjustment functions. It controls the boiler's water level, pressure, temperature, and combustion conditions in real time, supports manual and automatic modes, and provides alarm and protection functions for abnormal conditions, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the whole system.

Combustion Processe

The fuel burning at the furnace through,the exhaust gas flow from the boiler barrel bottom to the smoke window outlet on the Eight character wall,then  enter convection bank at the both wings,next enter the thread smoke tube through the front smoke box,pass by economizer,dust remover, and induced draft fan,finally discharged to the atmosphere by chimney.

(2) As the bottom of the boiler barrel layout with bank of tubes,avoid the dead water region in the bottom of the boiler barrel,Then sludge is hard to deposit,the boiler barrel can have better cooling,prevent the bulge of it.
